Historical Naval Gunnery vs World of Warships
From a historical perspective main battery hit percentages in World of Warships is unrealistic from many points of view. But that is not a major issue and in my opinion the accuracy we have in World of Warships makes the game play more engaging. The high hit percentages may cause some players to complain about non-historical chance to hit, but this is not a simulator game, it’s an arcade style game. Could things be changed about the gunnery mechanics in World of Warships that would improve the game? Probably yes. Is the ease of hitting targets game breaking? In my opinion the answer is no.
